Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure Defend, Observe Protect, Explore, Travel Navigate. /p pWe are looking for a Bid - Proposal manager. /p h3The resource will be involved in: /h3 ul liContributes and ensures the coordination of all Work Package Manager (WPM) activities for the preparation of the bid and the initial project baseline which will be transferred to the Project Manager. /li liContributes to the assessment of alternative solutions /li liContributes to the identification of customer selection criteria and hot buttons /li liContributes to the definition of the Make/Team/Buy strategy and for the involvement of KIP, the Industrial contractual strategy /li liSupervise the Compliance status of all proposal elements, ensuring proposal schedule is respected /li liIdentify the supply chain to set up for the project /li /ul h3In support of the Capture Leader and together with the Sales Manager – and KAM if relevant:



/h3 ul liSupport preparation of internal documentation for Gates approval /li liManage and plan the activities of the Bid team focused on the preparation and writing of the proposal and associated documentation /li liDefine the proposal template, list of annexes, and documentation—in line with the customer request and sales policy /li liPrepare storyboards and mockups /li liEnsure coherence among various elements (programmatic, financial, technical), reflected in the various volumes and contributions (e.g., supplier proposals) /li liEnsure the proposal schedule is met /li liSupport Red Team organization and manage feedback and reworking activities /li /ul h3Requirements for the position: /h3 ul liDegree in Economics or Management Engineering /li liTrue team player, enjoying working within a multidisciplinary environment /li liDemonstrates accountability by taking full responsibility for tasks and decisions, ensuring transparency and reliability in delivering results /li liStrong coordination skills and ability to lead teams /li liExcellent command of English. /li /ul h3Permanent /h3 ul liExperience: 1-7 Years /li liCCNL Met/Ind – B2 Category /li li€ 35.884,96 - 43.126,00 /li libPERFORMANCE PREMIO (PDR) /b: up to 4.025€ /li /ul pAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
