ppWe are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Support Specialist to cover the whole Italian dealer network. You will be the core technical backbone for all local authorized dealers, delivering training, remote on-site troubleshooting, technical upgrade management and quality issue closed-loop improvement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee nationwide technical training programs for automotive dealers, systematically improve workshop repair capability of all service networks. /liliProvide end-to-end technical support: remote online troubleshooting and on-site field assistance to resolve complex vehicle failure cases. /liliTake full ownership of technical upgrade campaigns, optimize execution plans and lift the overall completion rate of all upgrade activities. /liliCollect and **escalate** vehicle quality defects timely,
