Role Title: Junior Project Manager | Utility-Scale Solar & BESSLocation: Milan | HybridSalary: €45,000 – €60,000 | DoEBenefits: Welfare Premio, Long-Term Incentive BonusPiper Maddox are exclusively supporting an independent Italian renewables investor and developer as they continue to expand an impressive portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across Italy.Following successful awards in the recent FER-X and MACSE auctions, the company is strengthening its project delivery team and is looking for a high-potential junior Project Manager eager to develop their career within a fast-growing renewables platform.This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from Ready-to-Build through construction and commissioning, while also developing an understanding of asset management, commercial activities, PPA/offtake agreements and energy markets.The company has over 200MW of PV and close to 100MW of standalone BESS entering construction, alongside an existing operating portfolio and a significant pipeline of authorised BESS projects. With a lean and entrepreneurial team, you will have the opportunity to learn quickly, take increasing ownership and develop into a Project Manager with broad exposure across the wider IPP business.ResponsibilitiesSupport experienced Project Managers in the delivery of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects from RtB through to CODCoordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal engineering and development teamsSupport project planning, scheduling, budget tracking and reportingAssist with construction monitoring, site activities and project meetingsSupport permitting,
