The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:We are looking for a PROCUREMENT & LOSS PREVENTION INTERN to join the Procurement & Loss Prevention Department to support the team in particular in the loss prevention activities.The resource will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic context, supporting the optimisation of store operations and administrative processes. xdwybme The resource will support the team in managing inventory, tracking stock through ERP systems, updating databases, participating in inventories, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.KEY CHALLENGES:Support in monitoring stock and goods movements with the use of ERP software to control stock flowsSupport in conducting inventories on direct or franchise storesSupport the opening and closing inventories via dedicated platforms and direct participation in inventories at storesSupport in loss prevention activities by carrying out verification activities to prevent or detect fraudSupport in process mapping and optimisation by collaborating in the revision of internal procedures, ensuring greater efficiency and standardisationCORE COMPETENCIES:University in progress or Degree – preferably in Economics or StatisticsProficient in using computerStrong Excel skills for data processing and file managementDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsComfortable in using software tools and operational devices (e.g., handheld scanners, online portals)Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environmentsSmart and resourceful approachDelivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlinesLANGUAGES:ItalianGood knowledge of EnglishPACKAGE & BENEFITS:Monthly allowance: € 600,00Free CanteenFlexible working hoursPossibility of working in Lavoro da remoto for part of the week after an initial on-site training periodDiscounts on BATA and AW LAB productsLOCATION:Limena (PD)
