We're a fully remote, international team of ~40 across creative, growth, product, and customer service. We move fast, measure everything, and keep processes lean. /ppbr/pp strongRole Overview /strong /ppWe're looking for an Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of the company overseeing team execution, owning processes and reporting, and working directly with the founder. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role: you'll have visibility across every function and be responsible for making sure the machine runs without the founder in the room. /ppbr/pp strongResponsibilities /strong /pulliOversee day-to-day execution across teams (creative, growth, product, CS) and keep everyone accountable to deadlines and KPIs /liliOwn our project management system (ClickUp): structure, workflows, weekly priorities /liliBuild and maintain weekly reporting: KPIs, team output, blockers delivered to the founder in a clear, decision-ready format /liliRun escalation management: identify issues early,
