Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction is seeking a motivated Project Manager / Sales Representative to help manage construction projects while developing new sales opportunities.
This is a hands-on position combining project management, customer service, and sales. You'll work directly with homeowners and oversee projects from the initial inspection and sale through production and final payment.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and perform property inspections
- Develop sales from company-provided leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals and obtain signed contracts
- Manage roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, materials, suppliers, scheduling, and job-site needs
- Maintain communication with customers throughout their projects
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and profitability
- Complete job-site inspections and final walkthroughs
- Maintain accurate photos, documentation, and CRM records
- Assist with insurance-related estimates, supplements, and documentation when applicable
- Handle change orders and additional work
- Resolve production and customer-service issues
- Assist with collecting final payments
- Generate referrals and repeat business
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 per hour
- Plus commission on sales

Hours & Schedule
This is a full-time position averaging approximately 40 hours per week. Because many homeowners are available after normal business hours, evening availability and some weekend work are mandatory.
A typical schedule may include:
- Earlier daytime hours on production/project-management days
- Later start times on designated sales days to accommodate evening appointments
- 2–3 evenings per week as needed
- Some Saturdays or weekends as needed
- Schedule adjustments based on weather, customer appointments, and active projects
The position is not intended to be a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM office schedule. Employees must be flexible and available when customers and projects require attention.
Qualifications
- Sales, construction, roofing, or project-management experience
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for projects
- Ability to use CRM and project-management software
- Must be available for required evening and weekend appointments
Job Type: Full-Time, W-2
Pay: $25.00 per hour + sales commission
Vehicle: Company vehicle and fuel provided for business use during the workday
Expected Hours: Approximately 40 per week, including required evenings and some weekends
