Se è affidabile/a di possedere le giuste competenze ed esperienze, si candidi oggi stesso.br/ppstrongYour Mission /strong /ppIn this role, you will provide relocation support to expatriates, employed by global companies, to settle in smoothly by facilitating all aspects of settling-in and familiarisation with local areas and surroundings. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat you will do /strong /ppbr/pulliOrganise and accompany newcomers on orientation tours to help them settle in smoothly in the local area /liliAssist the transferee with their home search and arrange and accompany them on property viewing appointments /liliSupport the transferee with property’s move-in and utilities connection /liliSupport and inform the transferee on school selection and accompany them during school visits /liliSupport our in-house teams to deliver immigration local registrations related activities /liliAccompany expatriates and their dependents to meetings with the Italian authorities to complete their immigration procedures /liliDeliver a great customer experience ending in excellent customer satisfaction /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat you will bring to the role /strong /ppbr/pulliFreelance status with current VAT registration /liliLive in Verona or surrounding area and have a deep knowledge of the local area and customs /liliA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer-oriented position /liliIdeally you already have some experience in the relocation or global mobility industry /liliFluent in Italian and very good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher).
