For one of our clients operating in the Oil & Gas EPC sector, we are looking to hire aTutte le competenze, le qualifiche e l'esperienza necessarie per un candidato di successo sono elencate nella seguente descrizione.Construction Engineerto be based in their head offices in Milan.The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting construction activities from theproposal phase through to site mobilization , ensuring proper coordination and definition of construction strategies in line with project requirements, contractual obligations, and company standards.The role is fully integrated within the Construction & Commissioning Department and requires close interaction with Project Management, Proposal, Procurement, and Project Control teams.Key Responsibilities:Actively support the Proposal Department during the bidding phase, contributing to construction planning, manpower estimation, cost analysis, and technical evaluation of subcontractors.Perform technical alignment of subcontractor proposals during both bidding and execution phasesContribute to the definition and consolidation of construction strategy in line with scope, budget and contractual requirementsReview contractual documentation to ensure a fit-for-purpose construction execution approachProvide inputs for project scheduling,
ensuring alignment with contractual milestonesSupport the definition of construction manhours by discipline and work classCoordinate home office construction activities for one or more projects until site mobilizationPromote and verify implementation of the constructability planPrepare and review key construction documentation, including procedures, specifications, Work Requisitions (WR), Site Mobilization Plans, and Vendor Assistance Plans. xdwybme Requirements:Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Construction roles within EPC projects, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Energy sectorProven experience in home office construction activities, supporting projects from bidding phase through to site mobilizationSolid involvement in proposal / tendering phase, including construction planning, manpower estimation, cost analysis and technical bid evaluationStrong understanding of constructability processes and construction execution strategiesExperience in construction manhours estimation and coordination with Project ControlHands-on experience in technical evaluation and management of subcontractorsAbility to review contractual documentation and translate it into practical construction execution approachesPrevious site experience is considered a strong plusYou will be based in Milan, Italy (with availability for occasional travel if required).#J-18808-Ljbffr
