quality-led culture across the site /pp - The technical relationship between the site and the wider group /ppbr / /ppstrong WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /strong /ppbr / /pp - A manufacturing leader with a real track record of driving change and measurable productivity improvement /pp - Strong people and shift leadership: someone who sets clear standards and holds teams to account /pp - A genuine, visible commitment to safety and quality /pp - The credibility and communication skills to work closely with an international group /pp - Experience leading a multi-line production or process operation. We are open to leaders from a range of manufacturing backgrounds who bring fresh thinking /pp - Italian is important for the site.
