quality-led culture across the site /pp• The technical relationship between the site and the wider group /ppbr/ppstrong WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /strong /ppbr/pp• A manufacturing leader with a real track record of driving change and measurable productivity improvement /pp• Strong people and shift leadership: someone who sets clear standards and holds teams to account /pp• A genuine, visible commitment to safety and quality /pp• The credibility and communication skills to work closely with an international group /pp• Experience leading a multi-line production or process operation. We are open to leaders from a range of manufacturing backgrounds who bring fresh thinking /pp• Italian is important for the site.
