pIn this role, you support the Operation Manager to drive operational excellence across depots and BUs, promoting digitalization, KPI-driven performance, and standardized processes.
You will act as a key interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, contributing to bids and leading governance on safety and quality.
The position focuses on improving efficiency and reliability while supporting growth in a sustainable mobility context.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on operations and customer value.
/pulliDrive operational excellence and digital transformation across depots and BUs /liliMonitor and improve KPI performance for availability, reliability, safety, and quality /liliStandardize processes, systems, and tools, including ERP and maintenance management systems /liliManage relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors,



and internal stakeholders /liliSupport bid/tender activities with operational input and cost optimization /liliLead cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and people development /liliEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards /liliTechnical experience in railway business (mechanical and electrical engineering) with 5+ years /liliMaintenance or production management experience in railway or similar industry (5+ years) /liliProject management and industrial management experience /liliFluent professional English /liliTechnical knowledge of trains /liliIT skills in data analysis tools (PowerBI, PowerApps, Advanced Excel) /liliEffective communication and influencing at all levels /liliStrong production planning and time management understanding /liliTechnical knowledge of trains /liliPowerBI /liliPowerApp /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
