/h3 pWe are seeking an Analog IC Design Engineer to join a fast-growing team working on the design and development of cutting-edge silicon transceiver solutions for ultra-high bandwidth, low latency optical interconnects targeting generative AI, cellular, and high-bandwidth data transfer applications.
You will have a proven track record in designing high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for SerDes applications in advanced CMOS FinFET technologies.
/p h3What will you be doing?
/h3 ul liCollaborating with photonics, silicon and system engineering teams to develop and optimise proprietary SerDes architectures,
including the development of key design specifications /li liDesigning and developing key SerDes silicon IP such as high bandwidth receive and transmit amplifiers, Phase?Locked Loops (PLLs), Delay?Locked Loops (DLLs), Equalizers (CTLE, DFE, FFE), Clock Recovery Circuits and Samplers /li liDesigning and developing general purpose analog building blocks (bias generators, regulators, ADCs and DACs) /li liDefining and executing design verification plans to ensure designs meet specifications and performance requirements /li liSupporting the silicon bring?up, validation and characterisation from concept through to productisation /li /ul h3What we need to see?
/h3 ul liBachelor or Master's in relevant Engineering discipline with 8+ years industry experience /li liA proven track record in designing analog and mixed?signal circuits for SerDes applications at 12nm or below, and operating at data rates of 32Gbps or above /li liExpert user of cutting?edge EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/HSpice, Calibre/PVS DRC/LVS /li liA strong theoretical knowledge of analog circuit design principles /li liExpert high?speed circuit designer, with experience of signal integrity and power integrity /li liStrong analytical and problem?solving skills with a data?driven, detail?oriented approach /li liExcellent English verbal and written communication skills /li liExperience working, communicating, and collaborating in a cross?functional team /li liAn ability to adapt to a fast?moving start?up environment, striving for innovation and excellence in everything you do /li /ul pWe look forward to reviewing your application!
