The Legal and Corporate Affairs team ensures compliance with regulations at the group level, manages disputes with customers and business counterparties, defines and negotiates contracts, and provides legal support for activities related to partnerships, commercial agreements, and extraordinary transactions.
We also play a crucial role in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A;), providing legal advice and support at all stages of the process.As Litigation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills and take part in challenging projects.
In particular you will:Provide day-to-day legal advice to support various business functions on civil and commercial law mattersParticipate in and directly manage out-of-court dispute resolution proceduresManage pre-litigation claims, negotiations with opposing parties and the drafting of settlement agreementsManage litigation matters (ordinary proceedings, special procedures, and domestic arbitrations) and liaise with external counselManage relations with Public AuthoritiesAssist with drafting and negotiating contracts and agreementsManage payment workflowsWhat skills are we looking for?
Master's Degree in Law (LL.M. equivalent) and qualification to practice law (Admitted to the Bar)Current active registration with the Bar AssociationPrior experience in civil litigationStrong disposition to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and constantly growing environmentProactive approach, independence,
and ability to work towards target goalsSelf-driven approach with the ability to work independentlyExcellent organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player attitudeExperience in the digital/tech sector and a passion for ICT, particularly new technologies and Digital Transformation, will be considered a plusFluent English (C1); native or equivalent Italian proficiencySkills are important, but they are not enough.
