ph3Role Overview /h3 pAs Drilling Proposal Manager, you will report to the head of Commercial Coordination and lead the tendering process for Saipem Drilling commercial activities.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and coordinate proposal activities, including organising commercial kick?off meetings when required.
/li liEnsure preparation of marketing and tender documentation in line with company procedures and client requirements.
/li liManage interfaces with clients and partners and define scope of work for all parties involved in the bid.
/li liAnalyse contract requirements and lead cost estimation, cash?flow definition and proposal submission to the client.
/li liManage post?bid clarifications, support negotiations and contribute to bidding strategy, market analysis and identification of opportunities.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree: Master's or Bachelor's in Engineering, Economics or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
/li liSeveral years of experience as Proposal Manager / Tendering / Commercial roles within the Oil Gas or Drilling industry.
/li liFluent English required (ability to interface with clients and partners).
/li liTechnical skills: contract management and negotiation; cost estimation and cash?flow analysis; market analysis and competitive positioning; tendering strategy and commercial processes; knowledge of partnership frameworks (JV, MoU, consortia).
/li /ul h3Travel /h3 pYou will need to travel abroad based on the projects you work on and during drilling operations, interacting with international clients, partners and internal departments.
