To create a seamless and memorable start to every stay, we are looking for a Reservation Agent to join the iconic Hotel Hassler Roma.Se pensa di essere il profilo ideale per la seguente opportunità, si candidi dopo aver letto la descrizione completa.With at least 2 years of Reservations experience in luxury hospitality, you will combine precision, discretion, and a genuine passion for guest service.
From the first inquiry to post-stay follow-up, you will anticipate every need, deliver personalized experiences, and work closely with Sales to ensure each stay begins—and ends—exceptionally.
Key responsibilities: responsible for managing the entire reservation process, from the first guest contact to booking confirmation, ensuring a warm and personalised experience.
Skilled in handling booking systems, preparing tailor-made offers, contracts and payments, while carefully managing guest preferences, special requests and additional services.
Proactive in anticipating guests' needs, providing personalised recommendations and acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the booking process.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
with a focus on delivering high-quality service in line with luxury hospitality standards, including LHW/LQA criteria.
What we need from you: able to work closely with all operational departments to ensure a smooth and successful guest journey, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Italian and English, with strong written communication and computer skills, including familiarity with Protel PMS.
Previous experience in Reservations is considered a strong asset.
