pIn this role you drive the end-to-end implementation and data migration of Deel's global payroll for clients.
You will lead onboarding, define payroll processes, configure systems, and ensure a smooth go-live with strong client interaction.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage scope, and deliver on time and budget.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position that shapes how customers scale payroll across multiple countries.

and client-specific process validation with documentation and reporting /liliCommunicate as primary payroll project contact; escalate issues to senior leadership as appropriate /liliOversee end-to-end implementation of global payroll system, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery /liliGather client requirements with HR and Finance, guiding them through technically complex onboarding /liliEnsure compliance with local tax and labor laws, including data migration and security /liliDevelop and execute testing plans to ensure smooth system transition /liliImplement change management to support employees and HR teams /lili5+ years in global payroll implementation and operations /liliStrong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance for designated location /liliExperience with payroll systems and software /liliClient-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects /liliProject management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus /liliExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills /liliAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines /liliBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) /lilicommunication /liliproblem-solving /lilipayroll systems and software /lilirequirements gathering /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
