/p h3Position Summary /h3 pYou will provide statistical and mathematical expertise to support research projects contributing to meaningful scientific outcomes.
You will deliver statistical expertise in alignment with project objectives and translate complex data into clear, evidence-based decisions.

/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure that appropriate and efficient study designs are used in alignment with project objectives.
/li liCoordinate transversally within the team, the statistical planning of different deliverables expected from Research Statistics in alignment with the project development plan.
/li liEnsure that scientific questions for research objectives are defined clearly and that data collection,
statistical methods and analyses are optimally designed to provide statistical evidence to answer those questions.
/li liShares examples of statistical contributions at internal technical discussions/forums.
/li liEstablish/implement solution for standardization within the team and at business partner level.
/li liProvide insight on the risk associate to decision.
/li liApplies standard processes to tasks, ensuring that deliverables are accurate, high quality and met according to agreed timelines.
/li liPerforms required archiving activities and understands the implications of accurate and timely documentation.
/li /ul h3Basic Qualifications Skills /h3 pWe are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: /p ul liMaster's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent and/or a combination of education and experience.
/li liMaintains awareness of current statistical literature and research new techniques.
/li liDemonstrates strong statistical expertise with a good understanding of design of experiments and inference methodologies.
/li liSupports design, analysis and interpretation, uses a wide range of statistical approaches and/or applicable software to explore options (e.g. simulation, Bayesian methods).
/li liKnowledge of statistical software (e.g., R) and able to program and run routine, standard statistical analyses in an open-source programming language (R).
/li liDelivers presentations with clarity in internal forums and/or external professional industry meetings.
/li liGood written and verbal communications skills in English; able to explain technical ideas clearly.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liAbility to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with remote colleagues.
/li liPhD in Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
/li liExperience with simulation studies, Bayesian methods or advanced modelling techniques.
/li liPrior experience in pharmaceuticals, clinical research or preclinical study support.
/li liFamiliarity with data standards and reproducible analysis workflows.
/li liExperience mentoring colleagues and contributing to methodological standards.
