prospecting and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex initiativesExcellent EnglishKnowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)Willingness to travel frequently with overnight staysAdditional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Knowledge in adhesives and tapes automation process applicationEAS (European Adhesive Specialist) certificationFamiliarity with AI tools and conceptsJob SpecificsIdeal candidate location: Piedmont, Liguria. Candidates from other locations in North West Italy will also be considered.Travel expectations: 70% of the time for F2F customer visit (domestic, mainly in North Italy but as per business needs occasionally at National level)Field based roleWorking pattern: full timeThe position is classified at level Impiegato B2 under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry (Industria).The gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between € 70.000 and € 75.000.The determination of the final starting remuneration within this range will be agreed taking into account the Company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective and gender-neutral criteria, including professional qualifications, relevant work experience,
