As our Asset Operations Analyst, you'll ensure regulatory, contractual, and commercial compliance across a dedicated portfolio — working closely with technical, finance, and ESG teams to keep assets compliant, profitable, and aligned with our standards.Scopra di più sui compiti quotidiani, le responsabilità generali e l'esperienza richiesta per questa opportunità scorrendo subito verso il basso.This role plays a key part in protecting asset value and supporting WiseEnergy's mission of enabling the global transition to clean energy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the management of commercial contracts (PPAs, SPAs, leases, EPC and O&M contracts, market representation agreements)Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from onboarding new sites to integrating key terms into our systemsEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and licensing requirementsPrepare revenue budgets, forecasts, and support asset operating plansManage insurance renewals, claims, and landowner relationshipsSupport ESG compliance and reporting activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with technical and finance teamsDrive continuous improvement of contract management processes and toolsSKILLS & COMPETENCIESTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English and Italian) -you must be able to organize your thoughts in a way that others find clear and compelling. You will be expected to put together well-written, grammatically correct emails, presentations and other communications. When communicating verbally – whether over the phone, on video calls, in person or in meetings – you will need to be articulate and engaging.Time management & prioritization skills - the ability to effectively manage yourself and your workload is critical.Fast Learner – Our US portfolio spans multiple states (New York, Virginia and North Carolina) with differing PPAs and regulatory requirements in each. Being able to quickly digest,
