Hamilton Lane is looking for a Principal in Client Solutions focused on Private Wealth in Milan. This role involves building and managing relationships with private wealth clients and leveraging your network to drive new business. You’ll be part of a dynamic team and represent Hamilton Lane in the market, contributing to brand visibility and client success.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow relationships with private wealth clients.
- Use your network to win new business across private banks and wealth platforms.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to onboarding.
- Represent Hamilton Lane at industry events.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a great client experience.

What You Need

- University degree; CFA/CAIA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in sales for Private Wealth clients.
- Strong network in the Italian Private Wealth market.




- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
