ams OSRAM's LSP unit seeks a senior analog IC designer with deep expertise in broadband optical communication, HF amplifiers, TIAs, and RF front-ends. You will define methodologies, lead analog and mixed-signal blocks, and mentor engineers across the team.

You will drive transmitter/receiver architectures, manage design reviews, and advance analog design practices using FinFET/FD-SOI processes. 15+ years of experience and a MSc/PhD in EE are preferred.
