/p pJob Title: System Engineer EV Platform /p pRovereto, ***** /p pItaly /p pRequired Travel: 0 - 10% /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe EV Platform Engineer is responsible for the technical leadership and execution of a specific EV system of systems (vehicle) platform.
This role ensures the integration, performance and lifecycle value of the platform, coordinating across multiple engineering domains (mechanical, electrical, software and controls, etc.) to deliver a cohesive and innovative solution aligned with customer and business needs.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlatform Ownership Integration: Own the technical execution of a designated platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements.
/li liDrive and manage the architecture, integration and performance of the platform across its entire lifecycle.
/li liEnsure system-of-systems coherence, managing interfaces between subsystems and components.
/li liSystem Architecture Requirements: Define and manage system-level requirements and interfaces across mechanical, electrical, software and control domains.




/li liSupport the development of system architecture, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and customer needs.
/li liMaintain traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
/li liDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, interface definitions and validation plans.
/li liCross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product Strategy, Product Line Engineers, Software Control, FuSa and Digital Transformation teams.
/li liAct as the technical interface between internal stakeholders and external customers.
/li liProject Execution: Lead and coordinate the design, development and validation of platform-level integrated solutions.
/li liEnsure timely delivery of milestones, managing risks and resolving technical issues.
/li liSupport demo vehicle development and validation activities.
/li liInnovation Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the technology roadmap by scouting and integrating new technologies.
/li liPromote data-driven decision-making and model-based engineering practices.
/li liSupport sustainability initiatives by incorporating eco-design principles and circular economy models.
/li /ul h3Job Position Requirements /h3 pEducation: University master degree Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related )



/p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems or related).
/li li5+ years of experience in vehicle systems engineering or platform development.
/li liStrong understanding of electric and hybrid vehicle architectures.
/li liExperience with system integration, requirements management and validation.
/li liKnowledge of digital engineering tools, simulation and model-based design /li /ul h3Hard skills (knowledge, technical skills, languages, IT skills...) /h3 ul liExperience in Off-Highway or commercial vehicle applications.
/li liUnderstanding of company competition, their products and potential customer application.
Considered as a plus: /li liFamiliarity with Functional Safety (FuSa) standards (e.g. ISO *****, ISO *****).
/li liKnowledge of digital engineering tools, simulation and model-based design.
/li liMultilingual capabilities (Italian, English, French, German, etc).
/li liExperience with electric or hybrid vehicle platforms.
