pIn this role you will drive Environmental, Health Safety due diligence and compliance projects for private equity, corporate and financial clients.
You'll assess EHS risks, conduct audits, and support MA transaction advisory across diverse industries, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

liabilities and improvement opportunities /liliPrepare high-quality technical reports and client deliverables in Italian and English /liliParticipate in site visits, client meetings, and interactions with external stakeholders /liliContribute to continuous development of the team and support business development activities /liliSupport proposal preparation and client relationship management /lili5+ years of professional experience in EHS consulting, compliance, auditing or related advisory services /liliDemonstrated experience in EHS compliance audits and site assessments /liliStrong knowledge of Italian environmental and occupational health safety legislation (Legislative Decree ********, *******) /liliExperience supporting EHS Due Diligence projects within MA or transaction advisory /liliStrong analytical, report-writing and project execution skills /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities /liliFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) /liliExperience with ESG assessments or sustainability due diligence (advantage) /liliKnowledge of additional European languages (advantage) /liliAnalytical mindset /liliSite assessments /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
