pIn this role you will ensure compliance with Italian labor law and oversee employee relations and risk management.
You will advise senior leaders and HR teams to align local regulations with Foundever's global HR policies.
You'll lead complex casework, develop compliant policies, and liaise with authorities and external counsel.
This position offers a strategic advisory role in a multinational setting and opportunities to shape labor compliance programs.
/pulliEnsure compliance with Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements /liliMonitor changes in employment law and advise leadership on impacts and actions /liliDevelop, review, and implement HR policies and documentation in line with legal requirements /liliLead and manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations /liliProvide guidance on performance management to ensure legal soundness and consistency /liliServe as SME for sensitive cases to ensure fair treatment and risk mitigation /liliAdvise senior leaders, HRBP, and operations on labor law and employee relations matters /liliSupport negotiations with works councils, unions,
or employee representatives /liliLiaise with external legal counsel, labor authorities, and regulatory bodies as required /liliIdentify employment-related legal risks and propose mitigation strategies /liliSupport audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to labor compliance /liliEnsure accurate documentation and records to support legal defensibility /liliDeliver training on labor law, employee relations, and best practices to managers and HR teams /liliPromote consistent and compliant application of HR policies across the organization /liliDegree in Law (mandatory) /liliSpecialization in Labor or Employment Law highly preferred /liliMinimum 5–8 years of experience in employment law, HR legal advisory, or employee relations /liliStrong practical knowledge of Italian labor legislation and employment practices /liliExperience in multinational or matrixed organizations preferred /liliBPO experience preferred /liliexceptional verbal and written communication /liliinterpersonal skills /lilihigh ethical standards /lililabor law expertise /lilipolicy development and implementation /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
