/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform maintenance duties as assigned by the Superintendent in accordance with company policies and all applicable regulations (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, and other federal, state,



and local laws) /li liMaintain knowledge of utility shut-offs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers, and hydrant locations /li liAssist with all aspects of property maintenance, including interior and exterior upkeep, custodial tasks, preventative and corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs /li liRepair structural wear and damage to buildings /li liPerform groundskeeping and landscaping duties /li liMaintain cleanliness of parking areas, sidewalks, hallways, and common areas /li liPrepare vacant apartments, including painting and general readiness /li liService and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li1–2 years of full-time maintenance experience /li liWorking knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair /li liWillingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role /li liStrong communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude /li liAbility to interact effectively with a diverse population /li /ul pCRM Rental Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
