/li /br /ul /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brlibProcurement Operations: /b Manage general procurement activities based on internal Business Unit needs.
/li /brlibOrder Management: /b Prepare purchase order documentation and support suppliers through the entire process,



from initial quotation to final billing configuration in the system.
/li /brlibTracking Delivery: /b Monitor ongoing purchase orders to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
/li /brlibAdministrative Support: /b Assist with contract management, document archiving, and general operational support.
/li /br /ul /brh3Requirements Qualifications /h3 /brul /brlibWork Experience: /b Minimum 2 years of general working experience (experience in procurement or supply chain is preferred, but not strictly required).
/li /brlibLanguage Skills: /b Native Italian speaker with fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Knowledge of Chinese is a plus, but not necessary.
/li /brlibEducation: /b University Degree in Business Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
/li /brlibTech Skills: /b Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel).
/li /brlibMindset Soft Skills: /b /brul /brliStrong willingness to handle hands-on administrative and support tasks.
