Coordinate activities with Headquarters,supervise local projects,and manage related assets and facilityLeads special projects, supports development and ensures discipline.Plans tasks,allocates resources,and monitors project timelinesManages company compliance topics, including training, reporting, whistleblowing, and participation in Supervisory Board (Law 231).
Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and coordinate reporting to HQRequirementsEducation: High school diploma required.
University degree and/or Master's degree desirable.
Fluent in English and Italian required.
Other languages are a plus.Technical Skills: Expert computer proficiency required, including MS Office and AMOS.Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector required.Stress management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.Teamwork: Strong teamworking and collaboration skills.Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Adaptability: Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
