For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Retail Excellence Medical team.
Our team is at the forefront of a critical mission: to maximize the number of customers entering our stores through doctors’ referrals. This function is deeply rooted in commercial strategy and acts as a key driver of lead generation directly from medical professionals.

You’ll be in charge of:
Supporting project management and team coordination to ensure smooth collaboration across global teams.
Assisting in designing and implementing global processes and tools to improve efficiency.
Helping define KPIs and reporting structures to extract insights for strategic decisions.
Analyzing commercial performance to identify trends and provide actionable data.
Curating and developing a global repository of strategic content to support medical engagement.
Facilitating internal communication to promote alignment and collaboration across departments.
You are the right person if you:
Have a Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar
Possess a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Speak English and Italian fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams
Have an interest in the healthcare sector and how commercial strategies drive business growth
Possess analytical acumen, critical thinking, and a keen attention to detail
Take initiative and are eager to learn
Possess a clear and open communication, and relational skills
