We are looking for a hands-on and highly operational Payroll Manager to take full ownership of payroll and personnel administration in Italy.
This is not a purely managerial or strategic position.
The role requires a senior payroll specialist mindset — someone who enjoys the day-to-day detail, understands operational complexity, and is ready to assume full responsibility while building processes in a hands-on, growing environment.
