Job Description
The eXalt adventure was born from an unwavering entrepreneurial conviction and a desire to develop complementary offerings. Since then, eXalt has kept growing, and the circle of partner entrepreneurs has kept expanding.
Around them, a community of passionate people makes itself heard every day: the sales managers, the HR team, and the Finance team all share the mission of growing our talent communities in Product Management, Finance, IT, and Engineering.
We are looking for our future Director, as part of the launch of a new offering in Italy, becoming a recognized fast-paced growth player on the Italian market in Tech & Digital Services and beyond.
As co-founder of the Milan agency, you will represent eXalt's colors, promoting our offering, opening the Milan market, building the local team, and putting eXalt on the map.
We will give you full autonomy in building your subsidiary,
involving you in strategic development decisions (clients, team, management of your P&L;, etc.).
The objective is to build a sustainable team of significant size, with solid partnerships with the leading players in Milan, and to open new branches and new verticals.
Profile Sought
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in selling services on the industry side (consulting, IT services firm, specialized consulting firm).
You believe in eXalt — in our talents, in our offerings — and you LOVE sales and recruitment.
Determined and highly personable, you know how to put yourself in your clients' shoes.
You have experience managing sales teams and consultants specialized in tech and digital.
Attentive to needs, you consistently propose solutions that make sense.
Challenge is in your DNA — your "list of achievements" proves it!
Attractive compensation (fixed + performance-based variable) + share in company equity.
You love winning new clients in Milan.
