About the role
Our Soda Ash Controlling team, composed of 7 people, is integrated in the Finance department.
As a Site controller, you will support the site of Rosignano, production unit for the Global Business Units Soda Ash & Derivatives and Peroxides. You will get the opportunity to act as business partner with the site management, the business unit and the finance team.
You will be accountable for:
- Organize and coordinate the forecasting process and create annualBudget with cross-functional teams in theSite
- Provide the GBU Industrial Controller with information relevant for the preparation of the GBUBudget and rolling forecasts (fixedcosts,variablecosts, capex,inventoriesand other performance KPIs)
- Analyze and accurately report current month’s financial results and KPI’s of the plantin accordance withGBU format and timerequirements, andexplain the evolution of the performance to the plant and GBU management.
- Perform performance monthly reviews (labor and maintenance cost, material costs, manufacturing overhead, distribution cost, returns and inventory levels) withSitemanagement,
including analysis & recommendations aiming at enhancing the financial performance & optimizing assets.
- Ensure compliancetoGroup Finance standards and procedures, perform internal controls at theSitefor finance, educate and raise awareness within the Site team

About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent infinance or accounting.Relevant work experience incontrolling inmanufacturingcontext.
Competencies
- SAP knowledge
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections with a strong attention to detail and to analyze financial results and suggest an improvement plan where needed
- Strong technical and analytical skills with a solid cost accounting background
Behaviors
- Ability to maintain strict confidence in financial sensitive information, and demonstrate a high level of integrity
- Good communication and collaborative skills, in both Italian and English
- Ability to provide clarity on the financial performance and simple and clear messages to keep the team focused and push for actions
About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role in Italy ranges from 52,800 EUR to 66,00 EUR. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
Additionally,
