WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Converse Global Trend & Expression Design team, working at the intersection of trend, expression and craftsmanship, global sportswear, and fashion culture. This role collaborates closely with partners across Footwear Design, Material Design, Graphic Design, Product Marketing, and Footwear and Color/Material Development to create compelling product expressions that connect with consumers around the world. You will contribute to the ongoing evolution of Converse’s Women’s color strategy through trend research, cultural insights, and best-in-class color execution. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Color Design Global.

- A combination of education, experience, or training
- Demonstrates significant experience in color design, footwear design, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering compelling product concepts from ideation through commercialization
- Possesses a strong understanding of fashion trends, footwear and fashion culture, consumer insights, and lifestyle product creation
- Thrives as a proactive, highly collaborative partner and excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As Manager, Color Design, Women’s Global, you will lead color excellence across the Women’s Expression Design team. You will stay connected to evolving fashion and footwear culture, transform insights into impactful color stories, and help bring innovative, consumer-relevant products to market. You will balance creativity, strategy, and execution while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver against key business and product milestones.
- Lead and champion color excellence across the Women’s Expression Design team
- Create original and compelling color stories that resonate with target consumers and elevate product expression
- Apply Converse trend methodologies while contributing Women’s and regional perspectives to the global color palette
- Inspire the exploration of new constructions, finishes, and manufacturing techniques that advance color innovation
- Drive elevated color execution across multiple product franchises and consumer price points
- Partner closely with Product Management, Development, and Design teams to deliver aligned and impactful product experiences
- Adopt modern tools and ways of working to increase speed, efficiency, and collaboration across the color design process

The annual base salary for this position generally ranges from €56.600,00 to €87.700,000. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
