ResponsibilitiesSupport Sales in quotations, tenders, and customer proposals for relay productsAnalyze customer requirements and identify suitable technical solutionsAct as the technical focal point for customers during pre-sales activitiesSupport technical meetings, presentations, and clarification requestsVerify compliance with customer requirements and applicable standardsDefine product configurations, options, and technical deviationsCollaborate with internal functions to assess feasibility, risks, and lead timesPrepare and maintain technical documentationSupport order handover and resolution of technical issuesContribute to product improvement, standardization, and lifecycle activitiesEnsure compliance with company processes and quality standardsStrong knowledge of electromechanical and electronic relay technologies and applicationsAbility to analyze customer requirements, technical specifications, and tender documentationExperience in requirements management, product configuration, and technical documentationAbility to translate customer needs into technically feasible and compliant solutionsGood understanding of electrical engineering, control systems, signaling, and industrial applicationsKnowledge of product lifecycle management, configuration control, and industry standardsStrong customer-facing communication and presentation skillsExperience supporting technical proposals, bids,
and clarification activitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify technical risks and solutionsAbility to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functionsResults-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityContinuous improvement mindset and commitment to operational excellenceExperience & EducationBachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Electromechanical, or Industrial EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in Product Engineering, Application Engineering, Technical Sales Support, Proposal Engineering, or similar rolesSolid experience with electromechanical and/or electronic relay productsExperience in customer-facing technical activities, quotations, and tendersKnowledge of railway, transportation, industrial automation, energy, or similar industries is considered a plusExperience with technical documentation, requirements management, and product lifecycle activitiesProfessional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteSAP, CRM, PLM, and similar engineering tools are considered an advantageAvailability for occasional international travelPreferred CharacteristicsStrong technical credibility and customer orientationAbility to combine technical expertise with commercial awarenessExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAccuracy, reliability, and attention to detailProactive and solution-oriented approachStrong ownership and teamwork skillsAbility to work effectively in an international environmentContinuous improvement mindset and willingness to learnIn line with our commitment to pay transparency, the expected salary range for this role is €*************€ gross annual salary.
