Opex Solutions is expanding its team of senior consultants with a junior profile to support active projects in the manufacturing sector.

/p h3What we're looking for: /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical discipline /li liFluent in German (written and spoken — mandatory) /li liSolid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, OEE, Takt Time) /li liBasic knowledge of Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt or active study path is a plus) /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, structured models) and PowerPoint (professional presentation design) /li liFamiliarity with and ability to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for data analysis, process optimization, and problem-solving /li liStrong analytical mindset: comfortable with numbers, data collection,



and structured problem-solving /li liExcellent interpersonal skills — you'll work directly with client teams on the floor /li liAvailability for frequent short-term travel (typically 2–3 days per week on-site) /li liVAT registration required (freelance / P.IVA — mandatory) /li liNice to have: /li liPrior experience in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, or medical device environments /li liFamiliarity with production KPIs (OTD, WIP, Lead Time) /li liEnglish proficiency (written deliverables are in English) /li liExperience using CAD tools or plant layout software /li /ul h3What you'll do: /h3 pYou'll work alongside a senior consultant on structured plant turnaround projects: data collection and analysis, process mapping, layout design support, KPI tracking, and client team facilitation.
