/ppbr/ppbWhat You'll Do /b /ppbr/ppbSupport in Training Content Creation Training Materials Development /b /pulliSupport the development of engaging PowerPoint presentations for training and webinars with the ultimate goal of educate, surprise and delight our target audiences /liliAssist in the creation and continuous improvement of learning materials for internal and external audiences, as well as development of engaging ways to test the knowledge on product /liliContribute to create training news updates and related publishing on dedicated training apps for external audiences.
/liliSupport the creation of AI powered training to nurture the AI self learning platform.
/liliAssist in translating training materials /li /ulpbr/ppbTraining Learning Development /b /pulliAssist live and online training sessions.
/liliActively participate in preparing training programs.
/liliProgressively acquire the skills to deliver training independently.
/liliLearn and apply public speaking techniques and classroom engagement strategies.




/li /ulpbr/ppbSupport Training Operations Back-Office Activities /b /pulliManage the operation beyond the distribution of training material on different channels and systems /liliCollect, Track and analyze local training data and achivements vs KPIs as well as follow the reporting process required by Hub team.
/liliFacilitate internal communications with internal department such as HR, Finance, and support reporting required from each departments.
/liliSupport the organization of local training events working closely with sales team on the terrirory and national trainer /li /ulpbr/ppbOffline Activities /b /pulliSupport the planning and execution of offline training/marketing activities in retail stores, universities and other relevant locations.
/liliCoordinate roadshows, product-experience activities, photography-related events and other consumer engagement initiatives.
/liliCollaborate with internal teams, retail partners, universities, agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
/liliPrepare presentation materials, event content, promotional materials and operational checklists.
/liliProvide on-site support and ensure that activities are delivered on time and in line with OPPO brand standards.
/liliCollect participant feedback and activity data and support post-event reviews.
/li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We're Looking For /b /pulliWe are also open to candidates with no prior experience, as long as they have the right attitude.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges.
/liliThe ideal candidate should be comfortable with public speaking, confident using tools such as PowerPoint, and have a strong interest in technology.
Being an AI enthusiast would be a plus.
/liliMost importantly, we are looking for someone who is ambitious yet humble, with a strong willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
