ResponsibilitiesLead financial strategy and support business growth across European marketsOwn P&L; performance, with a focus on margins, channel and category profitabilityDrive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesOptimize working capital (inventory, cash flow, stock efficiency)Secure and manage financing facilities to support business growthPartner with commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and expansion initiativesEnsure accurate reporting (IFRS) and strong internal controlsRequirements5 years of experience in finance, including leadership rolesProven finance background in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or distributionStrong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS,
