As a Customer Resolution Agent, you deliver excellent support to Italian and international customers, owning inquiries, complaints, and service requests from receipt to resolution.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement effective solutions and contribute to the Customer Resolution Group's operational excellence initiatives.
You will maintain accurate case records and support data management, reporting, and audits, while contributing to cross-functional projects.
