Within theDigital Solutions – Service Management team, we are looking for a Service Management Specialist with experience in Project Management, Process analysis, IT Service Management and the management of Digital transformation initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational workflows
- Collaborate in managing Incident, Change, and Request Management processes, ensuring proper alignment with involved stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and formalize functional and operational requirements from various business units
- Design and optimize workflows and business processes, with a focus on information flows and data quality
- Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation (procedures, KPIs, reporting, operational materials)
- Coordinate project activities, including planning, risk management, progress monitoring and interaction with multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with technical teams (infrastructure, security, workplace) to ensure solution consistency and integration with existing processes
Role Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Process Management, preferably in consulting or corporate environments
- Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall)
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills with both technical and business teams
- Problem‑solving attitude, operational autonomy, and strong goal orientation
- Experience working in multi‑team and multidisciplinary environments
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level)

How Does the Recruitment Process Work?
Following the collection of applications, we review and identify the candidates whose profiles best match the required qualifications and skills. Selected candidates will participate in an initial interview with the Human Resources team, focused on getting to know the candidate, as well as assessing motivation and personal competencies. This is followed by a more in-depth technical interview conducted together with the relevant Business team. At the end of the selection process, candidates receive feedback regardless of the outcome, whether positive or negative.
