/ppbDuties and responsibilities: /b /pullipMaintenance of the plumbing system /p /lilipMaintenance of the electrical system /p /lilipMaintenance of the air-conditioning system /p /lilipMaintenance of the fire protection system /p /lilipMaintenance of the Pool and thermal areas /p /lilipMaintenance of the Building Management Systems (BMS) /p /lilipConstruction,



painting and carpentry work /p /lilipSupport in the events' setting up /p /lilipComply with all health and safety regulations /p /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pullipPlumbing and electrical skills /p /lilipPrevious experience in the hospitality or retail industry /p /lilipAble to promptly report damages and/or malfunctionings /p /lilipAble to adequately give assistance to external companies /p /lilipBe proactive and reactive with regards to damages and emergencies /p /lilipDiagnosis and resolution skills /p /lilipTeamwork skills /p /lilipBasic IT knowledge /p /lilipBe precise and punctual /p /lilipAble to work with flexible schedules and hours (at night, on weekends and festivities) /p /lilipValid Driving License /p /lilipEnglish knowledge will be considered a plus /p /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
