pAs a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's key enterprise customers.
You'll lead technical delivery, mentor peers, and set engineering standards to scale agentic AI deployments.
You partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer needs into shippable AI solutions, while staying at the forefront of AI tools and frameworks.
This role blends architecture, data, and software craft to drive measurable business outcomes in enterprise environments.
/pulliOwn end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from architecture decisions to production handoff /liliDesign and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, enterprise-ready integration patterns /liliManage data lifecycle: model design, data pipelines, data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms /liliResolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance /liliBuild and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting across engagements /liliDevelop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with sound judgment on what to implement now vs later /liliCodify learnings into reusable playbooks and assets for the org /liliMentor engineers through code reviews and paired sessions /liliProvide technical depth on critical deployments and surface field insights to Product and Engineering /liliCollaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate complex business challenges into actionable agentic solutions /liliTravel to customer sites as needed to ensure success /liliContribute to roadmap with field insights that influence product and engineering decisions /lili6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS /lilidegree in Computer Science or a related field /liliexperience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex /liliproficient in data modeling, processing, and analytics with experience on platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks /lilideep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs /lilientrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with good judgment on fast vs right decisions /lilimentored technical talent and created reusable assets or playbooks /liliclear, credible communication with engineers, customer architects, and executives /lilicuriosity about evolving AI/data landscape and willingness to pilot new tools and models /liliability to travel to customer sites as needed /lilibusiness proficiency in Italian and English /liliComputer Science (CS) degree or related /lilistrong communication /lilicross-functional collaboration /liliPython /liliJava /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
