/p pCoesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of ****." /p h3About the role /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join the Group Finance team and support consolidation and reporting activities at Group level.
This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with different stakeholders across the organization and contributing to strategic finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport monthly closing activities and variance analysis at Group level /li liContribute to the collection,
consolidation and validation of economic and financial data from Group companies /li liSupport the preparation of Group management reporting and related presentations /li liAssist in the analysis of business performance indicators, trends and profitability /li liCollaborate on initiatives aimed at improving and automating reporting processes, leveraging digital tools such as Power BI /li liSupport cross-functional projects within the Finance area, including process alignment initiatives at Group level /li /ul h3What You need to be successful /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent field /li liFluent English, both written and spoken /li liGood knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus /li liBasic knowledge of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping and management control concepts /li /ul pThe ideal person combines precision and attention to detail with the ability to maintain a broader business perspective.
A proactive and reliable approach, together with strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines, are key to succeeding in the role.
