/p h3Workplace management office overseas: /h3 ul liDigital workplace governance (endpoints, collaboration tools, software assets).
/li liWorkplace and meeting room technology management.
/li liEvent technology support and delivery.
/li liHelpdesk and end-user support oversight.
/li liDefinition of standards, policies, and operating processes.
/li liContinuous service improvement and business continuity management.
/li liOwn the end-to-end Workplace Services strategy, governance and delivery for Head Office users and the Financial Advisor Network, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, cost optimization and compliance with operating model.
/li liDefine and continuously evolve the Digital Workplace service model, covering end-user devices, collaboration platforms, mobile services, support channels and employee experience.
/li liLead service operations across incident, request, problem, change and demand management processes, ensuring high service reliability and user satisfaction.
/li liManage external providers and strategic partners, overseeing service performance, contractual compliance, SLA/KPI achievement.
/li liOversee the End User Computing and Digital Workplace ecosystem, ensuring service reliability, technology evolution and alignment with business needs.
/li liOwn workplace asset and software lifecycle management, ensuring optimization of costs, licensing compliance, CMDB accuracy and audit readiness.
/li liAct as the primary IT partner for workplace-related business needs, translating strategic priorities into service enhancements and transformation initiatives.
/li liDrive workplace innovation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, automation and self-service solutions, to improve productivity and user experience.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Experience and expertise: /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Workplace Management, End User Computing,



Digital Workplace or related IT Service Management roles.
/li liExperience managing workplace services in highly regulated environments, with awareness of security, compliance and audit requirements.
/li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms and Digital Workplace technologies.
/li liSolid understanding of ITSM processes, ITIL principles, service governance and operational excellence.
/li liExperience in vendor management, SLA/KPI governance, budget ownership, asset and software lifecycle management.
/li liFamiliarity with AI-enabled workplace solutions (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, virtual agents and automation tools).
/li /ul h3Leadership Personal Skills: /h3 ul liStrong ownership mindset, with the ability to manage services, priorities, risks and outcomes.
/li liExcellent stakeholder management, communication and executive reporting skills.
/li liProven ability to lead suppliers and cross-functional teams, driving performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
/li liStrong problem-solving, decision-making and execution capabilities in complex environments.
/li liResults-oriented approach with focus on service quality, user experience and cost efficiency.
/li liExperience supporting distributed user populations, branch networks or Financial Advisor organizations.
/li liITIL Foundation or equivalent IT Service Management certification.
/li liFamiliarity with cloud-based workplace technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and SaaS-based collaboration services.
/li liFamiliarity with workplace security and compliance topics, including endpoint security, identity and access management, and regulatory requirements.

/h3 pThe position offers employment under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Credit Sector (CCNL Credito) and the Company Supplementary Agreement of Banca Generali.
/p pThe starting gross annual salary is approximately €60,000.
