Cheil Italy is looking for an Executive Account . The candidate will be responsible for executing and delivering integrated communication projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and the strategic use of AI tools to optimize processes.
Client Service Excellence: Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring timely, reliable, and high-quality responses. AI-Driven Brief Analysis: Collaborate with management to explore client requests, utilizing generative AI tools and data analysis for a deeper understanding of market trends and expectations.
AI-Enhanced Talent Selection: Utilize AI tools and data analysis for influencer scouting, evaluating follower authenticity, content quality, and strategic affinity based on real metrics.
Integrated Project Management: Oversee projects through all agency phases, ensuring development, delivery, and final evaluation while working in synergy with creative and digital departments.
Supervise the development of editorial plans (PED) and community management, integrating automation and AI solutions to optimize engagement and responsiveness.
Precisely manage quotes, timelines, and reporting, integrating AI tools for administrative automation and performance monitoring (including social KPIs and ROI tracking).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an PM/Account in structured communication agencies.
Digital & AI Oriented: Proven experience in digital campaigns and familiarity with major AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, sentiment analysis, or automation tools).
Software Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and cloud collaboration platforms.
University degree, preferably in Communication or Marketing.
Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to manage negotiations with clients and partners, finding win‐win solutions while protecting agency interests and margins.
