Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Specialist to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and statements in accordance with established guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards is necessary.
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
