Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Managing month-end and quarter-end closing and preparing financial statements under IAS/IFRS and in Bank of Italy formats, working with external consultants and coordinating the administrative outsourcer.
- Liaising and collaborating with all the relevant stakeholders on the day by day activities.
- Managing customer invoicing (accounts receivable) and overseeing the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles, including related reconciliations and exception handling.
- Calculating, invoicing and reconciling management fees charged to the managed funds, in coordination with the Fund Accounting team.
- Managing intercompany balances and supporting transfer pricing documentation and group reporting for the London, Paris,



Munich and Nordic offices.
- Managing treasury (cash inflows, outflows and payments) and monitoring regulatory capital and capital requirements set by the Supervisory Authority.
- Overseeing and reviewing domestic and foreign tax filings prepared by external advisors.
- Reviewing and performing data quality checks on supervisory reporting prepared by the administrative outsourcer and supporting the implementation of new reporting requirements.
- Coordinating with the external outsourcer on accounting, payroll, supervisory reporting and tax activities.
- Monitoring service levels and quality of outsourced activities, in support of outsourcing-related regulatory obligations.
- Liaising with the external auditors, the Board of Statutory Auditors and the control functions, in coordination with the Processes and Controls function.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements, including automating closing and reconciliation processes through digital and AI-enabled tools.

Skills and requirements

- Degree in Economics, Finance or related fields
- Knowledge of international accounting principles IAS/IFRS
- 5-7 years of experience in Administration and Accounting
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and native or equivalent Italian
- Accuracy, organization and problem solving
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work across functions and offices

Prior experience in Asset Management Companies, structured environments, accounting firms or audit firms is a plus.
