WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Health & Safety Responsible, you will play a key role in fostering a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment across the Sales Market. You will partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to ensure Health & Safety standards are embedded into daily operations and continuously improved.

You will combine technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and strong collaboration skills to identify risks, implement preventive measures, and support the development of a strong safety culture across stores, offices, and operational environments.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

- Drive the execution of the Health & Safety strategy across the Sales Market.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation, company standards, and global Health & Safety requirements.
- Conduct and support risk assessments, workplace inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Identify potential risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce exposure and improve workplace safety.
- Monitor Health & Safety performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver training, guidance, and awareness activities to strengthen knowledge and engagement around Health & Safety.
- Support managers and stakeholders in implementing safe ways of working and maintaining a proactive safety culture.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external Health & Safety partners, including RSPP and prevention and protection specialists.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the People Organization and work in close partnership with HR teams, Store Operations, Facility Management, Business Controlling, Security teams, and external Health & Safety partners.

You will support leaders across the organization in creating workplaces where colleagues feel safe, protected, and empowered to perform at their best.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Health & Safety and motivated to create a positive impact through prevention, risk management, and continuous improvement.

You have:

- A degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience within Health & Safety, or a strong academic background aligned with the field.
- Solid knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and risk management principles.




- Practical experience conducting risk assessments and using risk evaluation methodologies and tools.
- Experience supporting audits, inspections, corrective actions, and compliance activities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power Point, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- ASPP qualification (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) is considered a strong advantage.

Informazioni aggiuntive

The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position starts from €32’000,00. The final offer will be determined based on professional experience, skills, and specific qualifications.

This is a full-time, permanent role. This position is offered on a local contract based in our Support Office Milan - Via Turati 9.
