? Account Executive – Italy | Enterprise Supply Chain SaaS
Altura Partners are exclusively supporting a global leader in Supply Chain SaaS as they continue to expand their commercial presence across Europe.
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive based in Italy who knows how to win complex, enterprise-level new business and engage senior decision-makers.
This is a hunter role, you’ll have genuine ownership of identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships and closing new-name accounts across the Italian market.
What you’ll be doing
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities
• Build relationships with C-level and senior supply chain stakeholders
• Develop account strategies and create qualified pipeline
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Sell through business value and ROI rather than simply product features
• Work closely with senior leadership and internal teams to build compelling propositions
• Develop strategic relationships with both direct customers and partners
• Travel across the region as required
You’ll ideally have:
✅ 8+ years’ experience selling strategic, enterprise-level solutions such as SCM, ERP, BI or similar SaaS/software
✅ A proven track record of winning new-name enterprise accounts
✅ Experience selling into manufacturing-oriented industries such as High Tech, Electronics, Industrial, Pharmaceutical or Automotive
✅ The ability to sell to multiple stakeholders across Operations, Manufacturing, Demand, Finance and IT
✅ Experience engaging and influencing executive-level decision makers
✅ A consultative, value-led sales approach and the ability to build a compelling business case
✅ Experience managing complex sales cycles across European markets
