Job SummaryNon aspetti a candidarsi dopo aver letto questa descrizione: per questa occasione è previsto un elevato volume di candidature.We are looking for a hands-on Workshop Lead Technician to run day-to-day yard and workshop operations at SANY's Turin site. You will receive and prepare new equipment, carry out PDI, lead major repairs and overhauls, service direct-sales customers on site, and train apprentices, while tracking service KPIs and sharing repair know-how with the team.Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Receiving, Shipping & PDI: Handle receiving, dispatch, loading and unloading of equipment at the yard; install components on newly arrived equipment and perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).Stock Equipment Management: Maintain equipment in the yard stock and carry out a monthly stock inspection.Major Repair & Overhaul: Lead and personally perform major repair and overhaul work, and resolve complex and escalated faults.Customer Equipment Maintenance:
Perform equipment maintenance at direct-sales customers' sites and support dealers when required.Apprentice Training: Train apprentices on technical skills and workplace safety. xysqume Knowledge Sharing & KPIs: Regularly document repair cases and share them with the team; track service KPIs (jobacceptance response rate, on-time arrival rate, 48-hour completion rate, etc.) and continuously improve processes.RequirementsProven hands-on experience in repair and overhaul of construction machinery or heavy equipmentSolid knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems and fault diagnosisExperience performing PDI and working with apprentices or junior techniciansKnowledge of workshop safety standardsFluent Italian; working EnglishValid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites
