Job Description SummaryWithin the Military Customer Support Organization, as Field Service Representative (FSR) you will be located at a Customer’s military base in the Southern Italy for a period according to contract conditions between Customer and Avio Aero. You will provide the Customer with a high-level technical assistance regarding the operation of the power plant.Se desidera conoscere i requisiti per questo ruolo, continui a leggere per trovare tutte le informazioni pertinenti.This role will require your permanent presence at Customer’s military base providing technical and logistic support.Essential ResponsibilitiesManage, as primary interface, any concerns and technical evidences arising from maintenance activities on engines at CustomerLead and ensure the effective exchange of information between the Customer and Avio Aero, in particular with the System Engineer, Program Manager and Fleet Manager, concerning the management of the T700 engine programLiaise with Customer operational department to ensure timely and effective response to technical issuesWith the support of the System Engineer, be accountable for problem identification and possible solutions to support the Customer in the decision whether to remove an engine from service, after evaluating all possible troubleshooting operations in order to solve the problem "on-field"Manage the support and arrangement of shipping and receiving of engines, accessories and engine parts to and from Company sitesEnsure monitoring, recording and updating of the availability and the status of the engine fleetSupport the Customer in planning the maintenance inspectionsLead the support to Customer on interpretation and application of technical publications and PTAs (Prescrizione Tecnica Apllicativa), advice on engine operability, assistance in solving the problems that may arise during training, maintenance or operational activitiesSupport the Customer on PTAs embodiment, updating of the engine configuration related to the activities accomplished at the Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance LevelsLiaise with the Fleet Manager on the availability of engine parts and accessories at the customer warehouse,
to support the Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance Levels activity at the Customer premises and Depot Maintenance Level at the Avio Avio PlantSupport the Customer in updating the technical documentation (Engine Logbook, Accessories Log Card, PTAs, Compliance Status, etc.)Ensure support on the management and use of the engine Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) as prescribed by the applicable Technical PublicationsManage, coordinate and arrange any Avio Aero technical intervention for schedule and unscheduled maintenance activitiesLiaise with the Customer in coordination with Avio Aero the service data collection for engine and life limited parts; Autonomously execute, as necessary, maintenance operations tasks and make evaluations of the collected results iaw technical manualAct as a Certifying Staff related to engine maintenance activitiesManage, coordinate and arrange any Avio Aero technical intervention at the Customer premises or other national locations for schedule and unschedule maintenance activitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Technical High School Diploma with previous solid experience in similar roleThorough knowledge of T700 family engines, Accessories, installations, control and monitoring systems as well as interfaces with airframeAbility to read and understand electrical and mechanical scheme of complex equipmentKnowledge of configuration control rules, processes and proceduresKnowledge of Engine Logbook for consultation and analysis of Engine and Engine Parts dataAbility to read and understand Nomenclature Catalogues, engine Technical Publications, regulations and applicable procedures (maintenance manuals, parts catalog, calibration procedures) as well as Change Proposal,
