Overview
In this role, you ensure steady material availability and drive efficient planning across materials, production, and logistics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain supply continuity, manage inventory and supplier performance, and lead improvement initiatives. You'll apply data-driven insights to support the S&OP; process and overall supply chain performance. This is a chance to shapeoperational excellence in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsabilità
Ensure timely availability of materials and packaging components for production and delivery
Plan materials, generate purchase orders, and schedule inventory to balance supply and demand
Monitor supplier performance and coordinate with Procurement to sustain service levels
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehouse, and QA to resolve material-related issues
Identify supply risks, manage disruptions, and implement mitigation actions
Control inventory levels considering warehouse capacity, costs,



and obsolescence
Coordinate material changes and lifecycle phase-ins/outs
Provide supplier and material planning insights to the S&OP; process
Prepare planning and performance reports using data analysis to support decisions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and service levels
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in planning, manufacturing or supply chain, preferably in pharma/food/FMCG
Fluency in Italian and English; third language a plus
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions
Knowledge of ERP and planning tools (SAP, APO, SNP, OMP)
Excellent organizational, prioritization and stakeholder management skills
